The Rawlings Foundation’s Christian youth camp in Morogoro — a 62-acre facility hosting up to 600 campers and partnering with 20+ local churches — runs its full HR, payroll and Tanzania statutory compliance on WatuHRM.

DigitalBrain also designed and delivered a meshed wireless WAN for The Highlands, covering a campus area spanning 62-acre and transforming a compound of isolated buildings — each with its own internet line and disconnected Wi-Fi — into one centrally managed network. Using point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless bridges, the entire site was connected with zero trenching, consolidated onto a single internet source behind a Layer-3 core with managed VLANs, a Linux-based firewall with guest isolation, seamless roaming Wi-Fi, and central power backup targeting 95% uptime. The project also included eight weeks of on-the-job training for a resident technician, ensuring The Highlands can operate and maintain its own network long after handover.

TRA Zero Trust Capacity Building

An intensive eight-day, hands-on Zero Trust workshop for the Tanzania Revenue Authority’s ICT security and infrastructure team — covering Mutual TLS with Oracle 19c, tamper-evident Oracle Blockchain Tables, and Kubernetes security hardening. Delivered with guided labs, deliberate-failure diagnostics and capstone challenges, the programme equipped TRA engineers to run certificate-bound database access, zero-downtime key rotation, and audit-ready tamper evidence in production.
